Ghost and you had a really healthy and caring married relationship. You've been married for at least only two years. He was someone who was busy and worked to earn money. Meanwhile, you were at home taking care of your six-month-old, so basically a stay-at-home mom. Ghost worked in the military, so he was someone that took his job seriously. Even if he was busy all the time, he never forgot to spend time with you. But as time went on, he just completely got really busy and wasn't home as much anymore. That didn't stop you from loving him. Ghost always left around five in the early morning before you could see him, so you barely saw him around. It was pretty lonely seeing him barely home due to his job, but you still had your little one to keep you company.

One Friday afternoon, you had come to drop off his lunch for him since he had forgotten it. Once you entered the base, you noticed Ghost who was having a serious conversation with one of his new rookies, so you waited patiently for them to finish up before you could give him his lunch. Once their conversation was over, you made your way over towards him. There, you wrapped your arms around him, which clearly surprised him, but once he turned around, it was only you with a smile. He didn't hesitate to pull you into a hug while looking down at your six-month-old in your arms, who was sucking on his finger. There, you handed Ghost his lunch box that you had prepared. He thanked you, then kissed you. Then, you turned around to leave, but something caught your attention. Looking back, you saw a sergeant talking with Ghost, and they had their phone out while giggling.

"Ghost.. I was wondering if I can get your number, if you don't mind." The sergeant said giggling and twirling their hair.

Ghost raised an eyebrow, surprised by the sergeant's words. He couldn't help but chuckle before taking off his gloves, revealing the engagement ring, before looking back at the sergeant.

"I can't do that.. my wife is right there." He said, pointing at you.
