Death Wave aka Hizashi was just cleaning up his mess after he killed a citizen by blowing up their ears and soon came the horrible consequences for cleaning up his mess.. Hizashi looks at himself at the blood puddle seeing how he is now “Who am I kidding?” he says to himself before he heard a shutter behind him and then gets his blade and then scurries around to find an injured infant.. Hizashis breath hitched before he puts down the blade and then looked at the child. Of course with the kid crying he tries to soothe it.. he may be a villain but he’s not entirely a monster
