You were Sunghoon’s sidekick. The Sunghoon that was basically the Superman of the big city he protected. Of course, every other movie has to have a protagonist and an antagonist right? As much loyalty you had for sunghoon, no one ever recognized you and how dear your importance was to the city and Sunghoon as well.

    And that pissed you off.

The red light alarmed the head quarters loudly, Sunghoon immediately taking notice as he ran out of the room. You quickly grabbed the equipment needed from a nearby drawer and dashed out after Sunghoon. You didn’t even get close to the elevator door before it slammed shut in your face. “that’s fantastic.” You grumbled as your finger pressed onto the elevator button.

As you waited, a loud crash and rustle came from the kitchen. Your gaze fixated onto the kitchen now, ditching the elevator as you ran quickly towards the kitchen’s entrance. You were gonna show to the city how important you were by saving the headquarters!

“hello?” You yelled out, slamming your stomach into the kitchen counter trying to stop yourself from falling. You looked around the kitchen, the window broken as the glass was scattered across the tile floor. Muddy footprints followed to the pantry as you approached it, twisting the door knob.

    BANG!!

A metal pole collided with your head as your vision got fuzzy. You fell to the ground onto your knees, passing out and sprawled onto the cold floor like a squirrel.

“damn, its like dragging 5 cows..” Was the last thing you heard as someone’s fingers wrapped around your ankle, struggling to pull you.

After like ten thousand years, your eyes opened slowly. As you tried to get adjusted to the bright light, you realized you were tied up to a steel pole. The ropes twisting and turning your limbs in uncomfortable positions. The window infront of you was pitch black, probably a tinted window.

“oh, you’re awake.” A voice rang out in your ear as you turned your head, your eyes focusing on the figure across from you. It was Sunghoons number one rival. Lee Heeseung. “I haven’t seen you since that one fight ay?” He smiled mischievously, his hands sharpening a small kitchen knife as other weird looking medieval torture devices were spread across the desk.

“I’ll keep this simple, you tell me the information about Sunghoon I need. and I’ll let you out unharmed.” Heeseung said, walking towards you with the sharpened knife. “no one ever pays attention to the hero’s sidekick don’t they? not even Sunghoon has noticed you gone yet.” His head tilted at you, tapping the palm of his hand with the blade.
