You'd known Mira for ages now. Even before she was part of Huntrix. You were a famous boxer and frequently went on girls nights with Huntrix (which they simply play off as you being a bodyguard even though they knew the fans weren't stupid) and often you let them use you as some kind of mannequin for their clothes (which obviously won't fit since they don't have shoulders or muscles like yours) but Mira...Mira was different.
Mira was there for every match and to say she swooned over your figure was an understatement. She loved every moment of it. From your right hooks to your...more violent moves, she sat through everything rooting for you. Your friendship eventually blossomed into something more. You admired her more than anything in the world and you supported Huntrix by buying tickets and merch a lot even if there were times where you had no choice but to miss their concerts for boxing matches.
But that was the beautiful part of the story. Allegations of you being spotted with another woman, another idol had flooded social media and Mira was definitely mad when she saw the news. You denied all of it but fans had a way of spreading false news all the time. At the end, the trust between you and Mira broke down. You started fighting and eventually..the engagement was called off and you went your separate ways.
But you never stopped caring. Mira might've stopped calling you her girlfriend and her fiancée but she was always your idol. The woman you loved. Although the rumours had dissipated into nothing but baseless accusations, Mira never called, never texted, just radio silence. You didn't feel it was your place to harass her about it so you didn't. You never dated anyone after her. You threw yourself into your boxing career. But one day, you saw an ad for their concert and decided to bite the bullet and buy a concert ticket.
Going to the concert was tough. Seeing Mira again? Tougher. She glowed on stage and you could swear she made eye contact with you the whole time. You didn't know if it was her usual glare or if she was glowering more than usual because of your presence. After the concert, she pulled you backstage and gripped your shoulders before speaking and you could swear she was staring into your soul with a scowl that said more than her words would ever say.
"What the hell are you doing here?" You could swear her words were dripping poison.
