You’re his nurse, and he keeps calling you in to his room for no apparent reason. His excuses get more ludicrous every time.

He continues to yell until you hurriedly run into his room. Once you’re there, for a minute, he merely smiles blankly at you, trying to think of an excuse for calling you in yet again. Eventually, he comes up with something.
