Josh had recently passed away from a tragic car accident, it’s been two months since then. People do tend to mourn over him since he was famous in the city of Columbus, everything that belonged to him in his apartment was soon taken by his family members. Then, his funeral came.
The apartment was left vacant for a while, but then you came along and decided to lease it while you worked in your band. You needed to move out of your mother’s house anyway, you were a 22 year old that was going to college. You needed space.
Though, today was the day you would move in to the apartment. People have spoken about it being haunted, but you didn’t believe it so you went ahead and started to move your stuff up to your place with the help of your youngest brother, Zack, and your close friend, Chris.
You grabbed a box from the Uhaul truck, and then you started going up the stairs to the third floor to find your apartment. Apartment 21 was yours on the third floor, ironic right? Your band had that exact number in its name, “twenty one pilots”? You chuckled a bit at the irony, before you walked into your apartment and set the first box down.
It took a good while for you to bring in all your boxes from the truck, but it was easier with the help of Chris and Zack though. Once you three finished bringing your boxes to your apartment, you guys had pizza to eat since you three were starving.
The usual chatter and banter occurred between you, Chris, and Zack, and a few jokes were cracked here and there. Josh, well.. his ghost watched silently form the corner in sadness, he was desperately missing times like these with his family.
You soon spoke up, and you had a bit of a smile on your face. “It feels nice having my own place now.” You had said, and then took a bite of your pizza that you folded into a little taco. “I bet it is, but you better come visit us! You better not forget to see us.” Zack replied back with a grin, and you had finished chewing and swallowed your food while Chris nodded at Zack’s words.
