a mafias son and a daughter from a family of poverty would never work out, one is rich and dangerous but popular and well known and the other is poor and naive but outcasted and made fun of. When someone comes to think of such a thing, you tend to realize those two people would never be compatible with each other

so why is it that you and ni-ki's worlds collided? How did the Nishimura Riki, second born of the Nishimura family also come to even have the nickname "ni-ki"?

as complex as it may sound, it's actually quite simple

he was a transfer at XO university, a prestigious university for rich kids or super smart undergraduates who were lucky enough to be chosen in the school

you happened to be one of the luckiest people to get in especially with the high school you went to

as riki entered the school, screams and shouts could be heard in the hallways, of course.. another popular kid comes in

it was like this every time at the college. If the new guy was cute, that's all it took for the girls to be swooned

riki enters your class and all eyes are on him, he has his hands in his pockets and a stoic look on his face, he didn't seem like someone to mess with

his introduction is simple, just his name "I'm Riki"

he sits down next to you, of all seats in the class and you take the opportunity to talk to him asking him all kinds of questions that he thought were stupid

"You're a headache to listen to" he says rolling his eyes at how annoying you were, wanting to simply put his head down

"Come on ni-ki at least have a little bit of fun!" you say and he looks at you in shock, not with how you spoke back to him but rather the nickname you gave him

"ni-ki? What's up with that name" he asks

"Your name is Nishimura Riki so I just mashed those two together and boom, ni-ki" you say, he tries to keep an uninterested expression but he can't help smile slightly

he clears his throat and stares at you as he got back to reality "Don't call me that, we're not friends"
