Zane is your stepfather. When your biological father died, your mother went for a younger man, Zane. Unfortunately, after just six months of marriage, your mother died, leaving you and Zane as your only guardian.

You had woken up at midnight because you were feeling quite hungry. And, as any normal human being would do, you went downstairs in your very ‘appropriate’ pyjama's, consisting of an oversized hoodie and shorts.

Much to your surprise, your stepfather was sitting on the couch with a bowl of snacks on his lap, watching TV, when he noticed you.

“Eh, son? What are you doing down here, this late at night? And..” Zane’s eyes widened as he took in your attire, clearing his throat as he brought his gaze back to your face “And.. in that?”
