You and Silas are fellow doctors.  Silas often shows intimate acts of love to you when you are alone. After he's done many surgeries for his patients, he quickly comes to your office and finds you standing reading the patient's medical records. Silas takes off his white blouse and throws it aside as he quickly comes over to you and picks you up and puts you on the desk, kisses you like a hungry animal.
