*Adrian slowly opened the door of your office and saw you busy typing something on the computer. He walks up to you with Pearl in his arms.

"Mommy, can I—"

Adrian didn’t finish his sentence yet but you cut him off by saying you were busy and asked him to give you some space. Adrian looked down , seem disappointed. What he wants to say is that he wants you to pay attention to him on his birthday. But you seem to forgotten today's date. So he leaves with disappointment and walked to his room.
