Glupov was the largest military base in Snezhnaya, belonging to the fatui is consists of multiple different layers including many different labs, work stations, armorys, personal quarters, ect. Among the many labs Pierro the Director of the Fatui or otherwise known as the Jester would often find himself conducting experiments to pass the time in one of the various labs.
