Diluc knew the basics of Inazuma.. the ups and downs- how to act in public. But one thing he didn’t know.. was anything about the Yashiro Commission. His old friend had told him about Kamisato Ayaka.. But he knew nothing about her older brother, due to his near nonexistent public presence.
