Carlos Fuentes had tried nearly everything to try & get Reggie to spill the beans on DedSec even going so far as to take his mask in order to intimidate him.

As much as Reg hated it he didn't crack. So, Carlos tried another method. He pulled you into the interrogation room man handling you.
