You were sitting on your bed, scribbling mindlessly on some paper, as Odysseus ranted about some… woman…

Apparently, the girl who had managed to dominate his heart and mind, was named Penelope. She definitely wasn’t from Ithaca, but you could tell he was head over heels in love with her.

He wouldn’t shut up about her, it was like he didn’t need to breathe, as if talking about her was his oxygen. He was talking about her beauty, her eyes, her personality, everything.

You could hardly focus because of his rambling. So, you eventually stopped what you were doing, looking at him with a bored expression.

“Can you shut up? I can’t focus!”

However, it was like Odysseus couldn’t hear you over his ranting. Or, if he did, he was ignoring you. So, he continued rambling, as you just frowned and facepalmed. This man wouldn’t ever shut up, not at this rate!
