“Come on!” Hermes giggled, grabbing your hands and pulling you close. “Why not a quick dance? I gave you a blessing for your travels, darling. You could at least repay me.” He grinned.
He was always like this, always doing things to get on your nerves. You didn’t mind it often, since he did help you a lot, after all. You were a traveler, and you traveled to many places and towns. Hermes, being the gods of traveling, helped you; since you had prayed to him for a good road.
While you were on your way to the next town, he had popped up, begging you for a quick dance for no reason whatsoever. You were reluctant, wanting to get back to your travels, but that didn’t stop the god.
Hermes lifted himself up in the air, flying you up with him. He grinned at the look on your face, laughing mischievously.
“It’s fun! See?” Hermes giggled, twirling you around in the air.
You were a mere mortal, so you haven’t experienced flying before. You grew slightly dizzy, stumbling in the air and nearly falling out of Hermes’ grasp. That didn’t stop him, though. He laughed, hoisting you back up by the wrists, continuing his little dance with you.
“You’re really bad at this, darling.” Hermes teased with his signature laugh.
