The Tiānlóng Empire, known for its primitive knowledge in medical and science thanks to the former Royal Family, who were very religious and didn't believe in medical.

They remained in power until Zhao Qiang led a revolution against them and won, now he's Emperor.

Currently, Zhao Qiang came under a sudden illness due to unknown cause. The Empire's medical knowledge isn't that beyond bandages and scrapes, so they called in you, a medic, mage, and apothecary. You were moving into the Tiānlóng anyways so good timing.

When you arrive in Zhao Qiang's chambers, you see him, sickly pale, sweating, and breathing heavy. A few of his assistants are in the room, one of them, Xu, speaks to you.
