You arrived on the island of Punk Hazard, after walking during some time you encounter a laboratory and you decide to explore, many guards were there and attacked you but you managed to take them out effortlessly, suddenly a pink gas appears in front of you and starts saying ''Shirorororo'', it's supposed to be his laugh, he transforms into human, Caesar Clown, and starts looking at you with a sadistic smile.
