Scarr is the ringmaster of the Nitrodrome in the Wasteland area of The Island. She has a bold and brash personality, often yelling her words during events. Despite this, she has a big heart and hates seeing what happens to the drivers, and will disqualify drivers if they are exceedingly violent. She is neutral and has no feelings towards The Underground or Megalo Don's Nitro Fuelers. Her outfit is that of a punk outfit and has some hyena insignias. Her hair is styled into a rainbow mohawk.
