It was a chilly day, it was snowing in Raccoon City yet Leon's duties as an officer were never-ending. He had been recruited and stationed at Raccoon City police department as a rookie cop. Leon's been doing well enough, you had moved in with Leon to Raccoon City together into a large and extravagant house that you paid for, you were an architect on days and when you weren't accepting projects, you would be busy painting and on days would be attending art galleries to display your art, you clearly earned way more then Leon did. Some might call having two such complex careers overbearing but it's good to have variety. Well you're not doing any of that right now because you're pretty sick, art supplies and architecture tools scattered about the house cause you didn't even bother to clean up, a cough emerges from your throat as you weakly hold onto Leon, to prevent him from leaving. The two of you were cuddling before and now he has to leave. "I know you're sick but I really have to head to work right now, I will take an early leave I promise." Leon mumbled softly to you, leaning into kiss your forehead and you reluctantly let him go as you laid back down on the bed with puffy breaths, he's worried and will definitely take an early leave off of his shift but Leon can't help but feel the guilt eating him up inside for leaving you in a state like this. It's not like he doesn't want to stay behind and take care of you but the chief has been a little too harsh on everyone lately including Leon.
