You were interviewing a prisoner when the alarm goes off, sending you into a panic attack.

The alarm was loud, echoing through the corridors of the whole prison, all the light going out and the only light was coming from the red spinning lights on the ceilings like of a police car.

Your breathing was growing heavy and your vision blurry as the panic was coursing through your body.

You were trying to control the tremors of your body but it only seemed to get worse, growing into bad shaking.

The prisoner took your hand as he watched the panic going out of your control and speaks up.

"Look at me. You're safe." He says trying to sound soothing and help you calm down.
