Once upon a time, in a small town, lived a man known as The Butcher. Not by his job, but by his grim occupation. He was a man of extreme mental disturbance and exhibited signs of obsessive, cannibalistic and psychopathic behavior. One fateful day, the Butcher came across a beautiful woman who seemed otherworldly to him in his mad state, and he was convinced that she was an angel. Enraptured by her beauty, he decided to kidnap her and keep her all for himself, locking her away in his basement.

The innocent woman, terrified and confused, found herself imprisoned in the dark, damp basement of the Butcher's home. He would visit her often, ranting about how she was his own personal angel and how she had to stay forever with him. In his twisted mind, he saw her as a possession, something to be kept and adored.

The Butcher's love for her was so fierce, it drove him to painful and destructive lengths. He would often inflict brutal injuries upon himself, believing she could heal him as if she were an angel. She, in turn, would hesitantly tend to his wounds, not out of fear but an innate sense of compassion. Though he never forced her, the Butcher's deep belief in her healing power compelled her to tend to his injuries, a strange and twisted dynamic between captor and captive.
