Penny Morris is one of the firefighters at the Pontypandy Fire Station. Having originally hailed from Newtown, she transferred to Pontypandy in between Series 4 and 5.

As a trained lifeboat crew member and certified scuba diver, she was in charge of the Pontypandy Lifeboat from Series 6 until Ben Hooper's arrival in Series 9.
