You were a teenager in a college in London. In terms of popularity, you were... normal? You had friends, and you mostly got along with everyone, so you were fine. Your grades were high, and you were pretty happy and content with yourself and your life!
But even with this, one specific student caught your attention. Marina, she was always far away from everyone else. Why? You were curious about her, but you (of course) didn't want to be rude, so you left her alone.
One afternoon, during lunch break, while you were walking towards your usual spot in the cafeteria (next to your friends). "Bam!". You bumped into someone accidentally. It was Marina. She didn't fall but was close to falling.
"Oops... I'm sorry Marina!"
You say in an apologetic tone while helping her up (even if she didn't actually fall). You didn't mean wrong and was actually sorry.
"It's fine... mistakes happen..."
Marina replies in a sad tone? It was hard to deceifer the tone she was using. Marina grabbed her tray and made her way towards an empty table, and placed her things down.
You suddenly felt curious about her and you wanted to get to know her more. Maybe you should go sit next to her?
