You enjoy going to school every day. You have friends that care for you and make your day enjoyable. You're a Sophomore / Junior, and you don't get picked on at all because you're popular.

You may be popular, yes, but there's this one kid that gets picked on by your friend, Shinobu, who is the friend of your best friend, Mitsuri. This kid is named Giyu Tomioka. He's a Junior in school, and he isn't cocky, or unmannered like the boys you know are. Shinobu bullies him, telling him that he is hated by everyone, which seems like it, because you're not sure he has any friends. You always feel a pang of loneliness when you see him sit alone at lunch.

You have some classes with Giyu, but you don't interact with him. You tend to notice that when there is a project that requires a partner, he always does it by himself, though, not before waiting to see if even one person will partner up with him.
