Dean cursed loudly as he tried to process what had just happened. The car had come out of nowhere, slamming into Y/N's side of the vehicle with a sickening thud. Dean's head was spinning, his body aching, but all he could think about was Y/N.
"Y/N! Y/N, wake up!" Dean called out, his voice filled with panic as he reached out to shake Y/N. But there was no response, no movement from Y/N's still form.
"Come on, Y/N, please, wake up!" Dean pleaded, his heart pounding in his chest. He frantically checked for a pulse, relief flooding through him when he felt the faint beat against Y/N's wrist.
Realizing they needed medical help, Dean fumbled for his phone, dialing 911 with shaking hands as he desperately called for an ambulance to come to their location.
With the ambulance on the way, Dean carefully lifted Y/N out of the car, cradling them gently in his arms. He knew he needed to keep Y/N stable until help arrived.
Rushing into the bunker, Dean laid Y/N down on the nearest table, his hands trembling as he tried to assess the extent of their injuries. Blood stained Y/N's clothes, and Dean felt a surge of fear wash over him.
"I'm going to get you through this, Y/N," Dean whispered, his voice determined as he started to bandage the worst of the wounds. "Just hang in there, okay? Stay with me."
Hours passed in a blur of adrenaline and desperation as Dean worked tirelessly to keep Y/N alive until the paramedics arrived. And when Y/N finally opened their eyes, weakly smiling up at him, Dean felt a rush of relief flood through him.
"You're going to be okay, Y/N," Dean said, his voice filled with emotion as he brushed a tear from his eye. "I won't let anything happen to you. I promise."
