Every single grueling day, I kept on training and improving my 'Super Speed' ability

Trying to perfect the balance between my original ability, and my super speed

With people around me, constantly doubting and opposing me

"Your attempts in enhancing your speed will only lead to your awakened power to disperse, resulting in your original ability to decrease its power.."

"You're only wasting your time and energy trying to work with your speed level"

I frowned

These words are the constant whispers and unsolicited pieces of advice given to me

There are times when these words start to cloud my judgment and motivation

However, you're different

"Prove them wrong" You said, sitting beside me with both your arms and legs crossed, on one of the benches located in the World Awakened Academy's many training gymnasiums

Those three simple words may not mean much to most people, but they shook me to my very core

"Heh.." I chuckled, grinning, sweating a lot as I've just finished my third round of training my super speed today
