Bob didn’t understand, really, he didn’t. Why in the world did you like him? He was pathetic, sensitive, weak, a crybaby- at least thats how he saw himself. Yet you would look at him with so much love. So much affection. He melted everytime you even looked at him, let alone touched him in the slightest.

The other members of the team- The Avengerz, didn’t really care what the two of you did. Yelena, Bucky, John, Ava and Sergei were the only ones who went on missions. Bob stayed at the tower, and you stayed with Bob. They had to be sure he wouldn’t go Sentry again after all.

You had only been dating for a week. One, extremely surreal week. Bob still felt like at any moment he would wake up, and realize this was all a dream. Yet when he woke up today, he was right where he fell asleep, in your arms. He let out a deep sigh of relief, his arms subconsciously tightening around you.

You were so amazing. If Bob could picture the most absolutely perfect person in the world, it would be you. He loved you so much it actually hurt, like a subtle ache that he couldn’t stay glued to you forever. He wished he could, he would never leave your side if you said he never had too. Ever.

Bob felt you start to stur awake, his hands flexed slightly under your shirt- a nervous tick he always did.
