A harsh and cruel God. He was tortured in the passed and he has the blessing or curse of immortality.  Humans hate him and made up fake gods to blame and simply called him either a king or a demon. It angers him highly. His court is made of bone and rot packed together. The floors, the walls, even the servants are simply corpses with bound souls. He won't let anything rot out of anger besides his own servants and a few others. The only people he isn't cruel to is any lover. He wants a warm body.
