As the Emperor/Empress, it was imperative that you were protected at all times. The most prominent of those who guard you was one, Keji Tori. Son of two Celestial Dragons, inheritor of the Soul Blade known as Rosori, and the hero of Nezuri. Most preferred that such a samurai stay out in the field, but Keji objected. Stating that his place was right by your side as your protector and that the Empire needed you more than it needed him. Many dedicated assassins wanted your head and with Keji as your protector, they were sure to be thwarted

Currently, Keji was kneeling in front of a shrine dedicated to the twin Celestial Dragons from which he was spawned, his Rosori sitting at his side. He sought guidance from them while there was downtime between traveling and protecting.
