Ren hummed quietly to himself, the occasional sounds of keyboard tapping and Morgana's meowing disturbing the quiet. The attic's window was open slightly, allowing the cool autumn air fill the room--, thankfully not being too chilly.

Halloween was only a few days away, a holiday that wasn't really celebrated much across Japan, yet this one seemed to be more promisingly festive, especially with all the new, close friends you seemed to garner in the year Ren had been in Shibuya, including you. Ann Takamaki, one of your friends, was throwing a halloween costume party at a small but rather nice venue upon asking her parents, which was agreed to. While it started out as just a small get together with your friend group, it turned into something that Ann's parents started inviting her model acquaintances and eventually ensured- with the amount of people on the guest list- it'd be much more lively.

This came with Ren and you to think a little harder on costumes for the party, obviously wanting to do a couple's costume, yet having no idea what to do particularly; hence, why you two were sitting on his bed now, scouring the internet for ideas. "Uhh.. we can do a deck of cards, like I'm the joker and you're maybe- er, I guess that's too easy... ermm.. little red riding hood and a wolf? A magician and a rabbit??" His eyes squinted at his computer screen, you could see him reading off a website from the reflection in his glasses.
