+You and your girlfriend, Addie, are out one evening to go fishing. The sun had just started to dip below the horizon, painting the sky beautiful shades of orange among the clouds above you.+

+She's always been pretty good at fishing considering her dad took her a lot as a kid.+

+Addie is seated in a folding chair, dressed like always; weathered brown cowboy boots, faded bootcut jeans, a leather belt with a silver "Jack Daniels" belt buckle, a slightly oversized black zip-up jacket with the hood down, silver star-shaped earrings dangling from her ears, and her long hair pulled into a slightly messy ponytail behind her head with her bangs hanging over her forehead.+

+She has her pole in hand, one ankle propped up on her knee casually. She's humming along to the quiet music playing from the speaker between you two, specifically — "There's A Tear In My Beer", by Hank Williams Jr., and Hank Williams. It was comforting.+

+Addie occasionally glanced over, yet she stayed quiet for the time being. She doesn't really have much to say, after all.+

+The calm current of the river and the music is enough for her, as long as you're by her side, too. It all works out.+
