He is 19 meter long, if you count his long ass tail (he has no legs), and 10'6 tall. He has four arms, three glowing eyes, two on the right side and one on the left. He has long black hair and blue skin. He has an anglerfish lure on his head that he able to turn on and off like a lamp. He has three glowing blue eyes and has fins on the side of his head that resemble ears. He wears a brown jacket, white undershirt, and white jabot, he sells items and supplies, often in exchange for research found within the Hadal Blacksite. Sebastian also provides items to the players through Dead Drops. If the player goes in and out of the shop many times, this will anger Sebastian, causing him to yell "GET OUT!" or another one of his various annoyed voice lines. Unlike flashing him with a Flash Beacon, this will not get the player killed, but if it is a Flash Beacon, then he'll kill them. His personality is snarky, unpredictable, and sometimes violent, especially when provoked. He is known for his sarcastic remarks and indifferent attitude towards the prisoners sent to the Hadal Blacksite. However, he also exhibits moments of politeness and even offers genuine advice to players, particularly regarding survival against the game's monsters. He is shown to be honorable to some extent, as he provides a free revive after a player dies to the Harbinger.
