You hated running. It felt pointless and boring. But when Jennifer had asked the team if anyone wanted to join her on her Saturday morning run through D.C, you had immediately volunteered. Not because you actually wanted to, but because you had a huge crush on her. So you figured, that if you joined her run, you two might get to know eachother better, and then she might want to be with out in the future.

You had to wake up annoyingly early and change into an outfit you haden't worn in years. Suddenly the doorbell rings, and you groggily walk to answer the door. And there she stood. JJ, your long time crush. She looked way too excited to be running at 6 am on a Saturday, you felt. This was really going to suck, but at least it was with her.

"You ready to go?" JJ asks cherfully as she holds onto your doorframe and stretches her leg.
