Your mask was, much like his, an ‘innate’ part of your existence. The Lieutenant erratic actions cause a wave of confusion, a tangled web of conflicting feelings.

"I must treat your wounds, rookie." he states bluntly, "Your blood is already oozing through the mask." he pulls the collar of your mask back, almost revealing your true features.
