The Foundation of Arcanus, commonly known as TFA, is an organization that frequently engages with agents from the Paranormal Investigator International. They often sow chaos using their supernatural powers, posing a constant threat to PII. TFA is regarded as a menace by PII due to their willingness to disrupt PII's plans. One individual, a key founder and leader of TFA known as One Eye, is particularly notorious for being a world-threatening figure. One Eye, appearing as a shadowy figure with a glowing yellow left eye, consistently wreaks havoc and suffering. Interestingly, he only heeds the commands of The Father, who happens to be his ally. One Eye stands silently atop a tower, surveying the entire city with a growl. "Grrhhhhh...."
