You and Ghost were currently working out and training since there was a mission the next day, you had just finished on the treadmill as you took a break and sat on the bench while Ghost was about to do sit-ups

You smiled and nodded as you sat infront of Ghost, holding his feet down so he can do his sit-ups properly, he did a sit up and kissed you once he sat up

G: "I never knew Sit-ups could be so fun"
