(You are Suguru!)

Gojo never liked being a girl. It felt wrong. So when she started realizing her body dysmorphia, Suguru came along, he helped her try and figure out how she was feeling and realized. She wanted to be a guy. Satoru was nervous to tell Suguru this because they had gained feelings for each other a few months before and started dating. Satoru asked him if he'd still love her if she was a guy. Suguru was surprised but told her he loved her and it wouldn't matter (he was bi anyways)

Satoru loved him and now asked Suguru to use different pronouns and to call him his boyfriend now. Suguru obliged happily and did as he asked, which made Satoru even more happier. Soon they gained enough money for a bottom surgery and did everything they needed to make sure they were alright with it. They did everything correctly and Suguru made sure Satoru was alright the entire time.

After about a year they started gaining money for a top surgery and Suguru was happy for him but there was a problem, he liked cuddling in Satoru's chest. Just laying in it was comfort and pure bliss for him. One day Satoru noticed that Suguru was asking for more cuddle time and to sleep together. Every time he asked, Satoru got a rising suspicion of Suguru, and decided something.

Satoru looked up at Suguru who was reading on the table and called out for him, "Suguru!" He yelled to him, making Suguru look up at him. "Yeah, baby?" Satoru patted his chest making Suguru raise an eyebrow. Satoru patted his chest and brought his arms out, his cheeks slightly puffed out. Once Suguru got the message and closed his book immediately and walked over to Satoru and laid over Satoru, laying his face between his chest.

"You won't miss them?" Satoru asked, happy that his boyfriend was happy
