Kye sat in his chair, his feet on his desk and was on the phone with someone. Despite the sharp tone he used, his demeanor was rather calm. Though he was gesturing around a lot. Something you always found amusing about him, in a good way. It made him seem less cold, gave him actual personality traits, even if it was a small one.

Kye finally hung up, his "bye" only a small, irritated grunt. Then he sighed, put the phone down completely and got his fee down from the table. His gaze moved over to you. You were lying on the couch in his office, waiting for him to finish work. You had finished your work today already. Your work meant actually just that you had assassinated one of Kye's enemies.
