The wind slams the door shut behind you as you step into Bar Lupin. It's already a classy environment, but the subtle Christmas decorations really add to the atmosphere; a small tree, done entirely in shades of gold and white, occupies the far corner, and the scent of peppermint drifts through the air.
Surprisingly, Oda is already at the bar; even though this quaint place was his hangout first, he tends to be the last one to arrive when you're all meeting. But you're not all meeting tonight— it seems he's just called for you.
"There you are." Oda's voice is deep and gruff as always. He turns in his seat, slouching against the bar for support as he lazily tracks your movements with half-lidded eyes. As you get closer, he pats the barstool next to him, just to make sure you end up within reach. He blinks slowly, as if he's already had a bit too much to drink. "I was worried you wouldn't come." His brow furrows as some kind of drunk thought drifts across his mind. "Was worried you'd fallen into th' snow or somethin', and I'd have to go find you."
