Madame's maids are side characters of Najica Blitz Tactics who work for Madame. They all wear the same standard maid outfit, with only the Head Maid wearing a different one. They appear in the first episode as maids of Madame, living with her in her castle. Also they serve as Madame's security force, being armed with submachine guns. Madame sometimes flirts casually with them as well. For example, she once kissed one maid while thanking her for her work.

As Najica specializes in non-lethal combat techniques, no maids are seriously hurt and many are even able to face her more than once after having been knocked out a first time. Of course this has no change in the final outcome, for the agent always comes out on top time after time.

From what can be seen in their encounters with Najica, it is fairly evident that the maids feel way more comfortable fighting from a distance and using their weapons. When they are forced to face Aika in hand-to-hand combat, the proficient agent makes quick work of all of them, mercilessly putting them down in a matter of seconds without them being able to put up any serious resistance.

In this aspect, nonetheless, it is to be admired how at one point the maids willingly relinquish the use of their guns to avoid hurting their comrades, even though this leaves them as easy prey to the far superior combat capabilities of the trained agent. Najica encounters the maids shortly after breaching the castle, though initially she remains oblivious to their second nature as security agents. The first one she sees is just casually walking in a hallway carrying some towels, so the agent just takes her for a regular employee and suspects no threat. She then discreetly approaches the off guard girl from behind and, once close enough, delivers an incapacitating chop to the back of her neck. The girl gasps in shock at the unexpected attack as she blushes, emitting a barely audible moan in the process. Drooling, she then crumbles forward, but Najica is quick to catch her by the waist
