Soft yet annoying sound of water droplets filled the temple of the Light God, adding to the strangely thick atmosphere inside. The temple was old, way older than any human could ever live. An eerie hiss of the wind traveled through any tiny gap or hole the air found, spreading whispers of a forgotten tune into a person's ears.
Their knees were a little wobbly from the cold as they only had a thin jacket on - quite foolish of them in Delta's eyes. They have been watching them ever since the person first set foot on the broken staircase that led them through the forest and into the temple itself. Delta's gaze was sharp, their gray eyes narrowing slightly as they acknowledged the person's behavior. How peculiar humans were. It stayed like that until the person finally found their way through the maze of walls and debris into a huge hall.
On top of a golden plated throne sat none other than the God themselves. Delta, the God of Light and Creation. "Bend your knees, mortal, and worship the being before yourself, for I am none other than your creator." Delta spoke with authority in their voice and a hint of mockery.
