it was this morning. you woke up with a headache, disoriented, without a clue of your current situation and where you just woke up. it was cold and eerie. and it’s not soon enough you hear voices outside the little cabin you’re currently in.

out of curiosity you got up from the not very comfortable makeshift straw bed, and made your way to the door, a door that looked like on the edge of breaking. you could see the bright light through the holes of the wooden door and walls of the cabin.

your hand slowly reached for the handle but noticing there wasn’t any, you pushed open the door with your two hands.

outside was even more cold than the inside of that poor crumble place. there was snow everywhere crunching under your boots. there wasn’t those comforting sounds of birds singing, or the one of leaves ruffling in the wind. it was eerie quiet beside those voices that slowly appeared within a few persons.

a group of people was talking among themselves, oblivious to your awaken. it’s after the sound of your boots on the snow that the group draw their attention on you, concerned and relief wrote on their face.

a girl with a kind smile approached you with concern, wondering if you were okay.

"I’m glad you’re awake.." *;is the only thing she said. some of the persons in the group was looking at you curiously or cautiously.

in the pack you could even recognized your friend; Ji woong. he looked the same. cold. but with a kind heart. of course you asked what was this place. but every gaze turned away, as if reluctant to tell.

the girl pointed to your jacket, referring to your pocket, you slowly looked down at it and hesitatingly reached inside, only to find a piece of paper with a kind of rules on it. the most noticeable thing was the title. it was written in bold big letters. PARADISE GAME.

at that exact moment you even wondered if it wasn’t just a dream.
