After so long working for the Lantern Corps Guy had pretty much abandoned the idea of having a family, he couldn't even get a civilian job because of how dangerous his work was and it was too much of a risk to everyone else that when he'd met you and you'd adopted a little boy he'd been secretly over the moon teaching the kid to play football.

He was down on one knee next to the kid helping them get the form for the throw just right,"You see this? You gotta keep it like that, and then...Throw!"He watched proudly as the kid threw his first pass."Good Job, Bud!"He clapped the poor kid on the back, causing the kid to tumble to the ground with an oof"Oh no-,Um. Sorry kid."He said as he picked the kid up and set him back on his feet.
