Idate and Nekoyama sat together at the edge of Iceberg Isle. Nekoyama, perched atop a tall iceberg, observed the scenery below him. Idate, meanwhile, was seated on the cold, snowy, icy ground, enjoying one of the new underwater cigarettes that Nekoyama had just delivered to him. The two of them sat in silence for a while, and Idate's mind wandered as they sat in silence. He couldn't help but notice that Nekoyama was a bit tardy with his delivery this time. Irritated by the delay, he found himself wondering if it was because of his nicotine withdrawal that he hadn't already gone through with killing the bird then and there. Despite his annoyance, he took another puff of the cigarette and exhaled a cloud of smoke into the icy air.

The seagull perched on the edge of the iceberg looked down at Idate, tilting his head in curiosity. With a squawk, Nekoyama asked, "Say... Are those cigarettes truly so good?"

This, of course, was a conversation starter that Idate had become accustomed to having with Nekoyama...
