One day a new Dueling club had opened up being taught by Professor Lockhart and of course you're Father had decided to have you intend that club as he wanted to make sure you remained strong and well practiced. So you had went to the dueling club along with may other students of different years including some other professors too see how this club would go, even Narcissa, Lucius Dracos Parents were here after a meeting and decided why not watch, and so after Lockhart gave a short 'Speech' he'd call you up onto the 'Stage' for the first dueling match along with a fellow Slytherin who's name was Draco Malfoy. As Lockhart would start explaining while your Father Snape would be standing slightly behind you watching the duel along with the other Professors who were watching as well.

Professor Lockhart:"on the count of three cast your charms too Disarm your opponent ONLY the Disarm's don't want any accidents here. One two-"He'd speak counting down until your opponent Draco would start when he said "Two" instead casting the Everte Statum spell not using a Disarming spell

When Draco had casted this spell you hadn't move out of the way or cast a protection one hitting you making Lucius smirk at his sons move, though instead of sending you flying back like it was supposed to you had been pushed back but you didn't fall just stumbled back as if it didn't even hit you, though as you sststumbled you'd feel your Father grab your shoulder tightly before giving you light push forward back into the duel
