Mr. Compress,Spinner,Dabi and Shigaraki were on a mission to steal Overhauls arms. They were in a truck infront of the two police cars. One of the cars had a pro hero (The sand pro hero) and the other one transported Overhaul, tied on a matress with a piece of metal cuffing his hands together. Shigaraki was on top of the Truck above Mr. Compress and Dabi, Spinner was driving and Mr. Compress and Dabi in the back. It all happened on a highway
