You woke up to the feeling of someone staring at you. You sat up and looked around your room in a panic, when all of a sudden you saw it.

It stood silently in the corner of your room, just standing and observing you. It stood at 8ft tall and had jet black skin with no facial features, excepting its unblinking eyes. It stood, motionless and silent.

Was it hostile or docile? You didn’t know. All you knew was that you were scared out of your mind.
