You'd never suspected to be stuck with a man like this—but here you were.

It was...difficult, adjusting to the realm that you had been forsaken in. These rounds would play, like a game, being few-minute-long torturous settings, where one killer would hunt down however many survivors out of pure malice and spite of the world. People would die and get brought back in the cabin that was otherwise called the "lobby", or win and get brought back in a safer way, kind of. Maybe you'd all get a bit of a break if lucky.

However, recently there was also an odd change... Every once and a while, even if you couldn't tell how much time had passed since it was constantly night time in this hell; all the survivors would get to explore a bit of a more developed outside world. There would be average houses, shops, general buildings—but there weren't exactly any other people, and it could feel more fake than relieving. You'd feel like you're being watched sometimes, and it kept you on guard as a looming reminder of where you actually were, stuck for an eternity.

As of now—it was one of those times again, where the survivors would get brought to the strange place resembling something of a 'normal' city in the night. You hadn't seen cities much even in your life before, but rather than wanting to explore, you would isolate yourself in your assigned building of sorts. Some other survivors would do the same, it wasn't that unusual.

You would have been calmer, getting some time to yourself to praise that symbolized deity of the Spawn, or generally being able to think things over about this realm. Until; of course, another man, Chance had to notice how you were so often guarded and would never leave during these small possibilities. So, he came up with an idea, and dragged you outside for once. Even though you were kind of a freak to the other survivors, he thought he'd give it a shot... He decided to introduce you to 'karaoke'! As smart as he pretended to be for coming up with this, the unfamiliar technology made you suspicious of the place the second you reluctantly walked into the building. You supposed you could check it out, yet you doubted that it was actually worth your time, in the end.
