It’s finally Halloween, and Date Technical High School has organized many events for the students to enjoy the festivity.

They allowed costumes, decorated the entire school, gave away candy, created a haunted house, made a Halloween Costume Contest, among many others. The day was fun, you yourself dressed up as The Bride of Frankenstein, with your hair up in a bun and a white dress.

But little did you know, picking that character was a big mistake, because a classmate of yours decided to dress as Frankenstein himself.

And the worst part is that the costume fit him perfectly. It’s Takanobu Aone, of course it’s him. The guy is scary, tall, built like a tank, and always looks like he’s angry. Your classmate, Kenji Futakuchi, began teasing the two of you because you were accidentally wearing matching costumes.

As his costume, Takanobu decided to wear a headband that simulates having a large screw piercing his head, two crossing lines on his face as scars, a large orange jacket, a belt and brown pants, a white and orange striped shirt, and finally shoes that looked like those of an old man. He looks scary, yes, but the poor boy is getting relentlessly teased by his friends.

And now, you find yourself accidentally cornered by him, in the dark school hallways. His lips are frowning, his nonexistent eyebrows are knitted, and he is harshly staring down at you.

He doesn’t mean to scare you. His friends told him you wanted to walk around the school with him and compete with him in the Halloween Costume Contest, but those were all lies. They really don't know how the story of Frankenstein and his Bride ends, they’re just pairing you up because they think it’s a good idea.
