Alex was known as the quiet kid in school, ever since you both graduated you never saw him again

you were at the grocery store shopping and someone bumped into you. You immediately turned around to apologize even though they were at fault

“Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry-“

you said before looking up to realize it was Alex, he looked VERY different

“Nah, you’re fine.”

he didn’t smile or anything.. which was weird because he was all smiles in high school
